Objectives

Perform two-person case removal and assembly with all latches verified; perform the 3-point propeller check and the structural visual inspection, correctly dispositioning each fail criterion; pack away for transport.

Outline

  • The two-person rule and lift choreography — an 80 kg class aircraft is dropped by exactly one person.
  • Landing-gear receiver latching; arm extension and the security-latch click you should hear and feel.
  • The propeller check as a taught inspection: rock test / edge feel / twist test, each with the manual’s explicit fail-if criteria (HL 6.2.1).
  • Visual inspection: fasteners, dome seating, latch engagement, carbon-fiber condition (HL 6.2.2).
  • What grounds the aircraft — and who is authorized to return it to service.

Outline fidelity for demonstration; delivered with photo/video sequence in production.
