Conduct

Oral evaluation (K2 rows, scenario-based) followed by practical evaluation covering every P2 row, per PQS-HL-01 §5. The grade sheet is the PQS task table — nothing is added, nothing is skipped.

Grading rules

  • U or F on any M-flagged or Area VII (emergency) task: qualification failure.
  • Up to two F grades on non-critical tasks: retrain and re-evaluate those tasks within 7 days, without repeating the full evaluation.
  • Written exam gates must be complete before the evaluation is scheduled; all memory items verbatim-correct.

Records

The completed grade sheet is filed with the PQS revision in effect noted on its face — preserving the audit chain: grade sheet → PQS revision → manual revision. Qualification enters the training matrix with its recurrent due date.
