Currency (proposed)

  • Instruct or evaluate at least quarterly.
  • Annual periodic standardization evaluation.
  • Maintain platform qualification and recurrent status — an instructor whose own qualification lapses stops instructing that day.

Train-the-trainer

This course is the seed crystal: the first instructor cadre is trained centrally, then designated evaluators qualify the next ring in the field using the same PQS, grading standard, and calibration mechanism.
