Currency (proposed)

• Instruct or evaluate at least quarterly.
• Annual periodic standardization evaluation.
• Maintain platform qualification and recurrent status — an instructor whose own qualification lapses stops instructing that day.

Train-the-trainer

This course is the seed crystal: the first instructor cadre is trained centrally, then designated evaluators qualify the next ring in the field using the same PQS, grading standard, and calibration mechanism. Standardization scales not by cloning one person’s judgment but by shipping the documents that contain it — which is why every judgment in this program is written down.
