Qualification course for Draganfly flight instructors under IQS-01, the Instructor Qualification Standard. Prerequisite: platform qualification (e.g., HL-IQ-01) with demonstrated P3 proficiency on designated tasks. This course covers what makes instruction a distinct skill: the fundamentals of teaching and evaluation, the grading standard that makes ten instructors grade the same flight the same way, grading calibration, the standardization evaluation, and the documentation discipline that survives an audit.
